Hotvolume
Hotvolume is a simple volume control script that can be used as the target of hotkey bindings for laptops.
It uses an on-screen display and is useful for light windowmanagers, such as WindowMaker, fvwm, icewm, etc.
Requires Python, alsa-utils (amixer), aosd_cat and optionally xbindkeys. It can generate xbindkeys files for the hardware volume keys found on most laptops.
