ooweb (Object Oriented Webserver)
OOWeb was a project I did together with Darren Davison (a friend, colleague and one of the original Spring framework developers) back in 2006. It was heavily influenced by cherrypy, a lightweight web/application server for Python.
It aimed to implement something very similar for Java, a language notorious for requiring a lot of it to do very little.
